Speaking at a conference, Motorola Mobility CEO Sanjay Jha indicated that it will offer 4G devices in the early part of 2011. Jha didn’t specify what form those devices would take, nor what brand of 4G they would use. Jha also said that the company will continue to focus on high-end and mid-range smartphones. Jha said Motorola’s mid-range devices have been selling well in world markets, while its high-end phones have performed well in the U.S. Jha also cautioned that the company expects to post a loss in the first quarter of 2011, and he cited a new “competitive dynamic” with its partner Verizon Wireless that may have an impact on sales
