Samsung has responded to a lawsuit filed against it by Apple by filing a return lawsuit against Apple. Samsung filed patent suits in Germany, Japan, and Korea. Rather than cover the same ground that Apple’s lawsuit covered (design and appearance), Samsung alleges that Apple is violating several patents pertaining to wireless transmission technology. Lawsuits concerning patents has become par for the course among smartphone makers. Apple has yet to respond to Samsung’s lawsuit
